2. General information

Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process personal data on the basis of the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). This policy explains which data is processed when you use this website, request The First Return or buy Become Her.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (Larnaca, Cyprus). When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical access data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working website). How long the server log files are kept depends on the settings of the hosting provider.

4. Cookies, local storage and your consent

When you first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag are only loaded after you have agreed. You can accept all, reject all or choose individual categories under “Settings”.

Necessary: your choice is stored for twelve months in your browser’s local storage (key hfr_consent_v1) so that the banner does not appear on every page. This storage is needed for the website to respect your choice.

Statistics: Google Analytics (see section 5), only with your consent.

Marketing: the Pinterest tag (see section 6), only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here: open cookie settings. When you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics and Pinterest cookies set by this website are deleted and the page reloads. Withdrawal applies from that moment on. Legal basis for statistics and marketing: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021.

5. Google Analytics (statistics)

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, integrated through the WordPress plugin Site Kit by Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps me understand how the website is used, for example which pages are read. For this purpose, cookies are set (for example _ga and _ga_D0VF95V86F) and information about your visit is sent to Google, such as the pages viewed, device and browser information and your approximate location. Google advertising features are not used; the related consent signals stay set to “denied”. The Google Analytics script is only loaded after you have agreed to statistics. Google may also process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Pinterest tag (marketing)

With your consent to marketing, this website uses the Pinterest tag of Pinterest Europe Ltd., Waterloo Exchange, 3rd Floor, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. It measures visits to this website that come from Pinterest. For this purpose, cookies are set (for example _pin_unauth) and information about your visit is sent to Pinterest. The Pinterest tag is only loaded after you have agreed to marketing. Pinterest may also process data in the USA. More information: policy.pinterest.com/privacy-policy

7. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Cormorant Garamond, Montserrat, Playfair Display and Poppins. The font files are stored on the server of this website and are delivered from there (hosting: see section 3). Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other font provider to load them.

8. The First Return and emails (MailerLite)

You can request the free guide The First Return with your email address. I use the email service MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, J. Basanavičiaus g. 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania) for this.

After you submit the form, you receive an email asking you to confirm your address (double opt-in). Only after you confirm does MailerLite send you the guide, followed by further emails from Her Feminine Rebirth; these may include an invitation to the paid workbook Become Her. MailerLite stores your email address, the time of sign-up and confirmation, the IP address used and whether emails are opened and links are clicked.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The sign-up form is embedded from MailerLite. When you open a page with the form, scripts are loaded from MailerLite servers and MailerLite stores an identifier (ml_guid) in your browser’s local storage.

9. Spam protection on the form (Google reCAPTCHA)

The sign-up form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited). reCAPTCHA is loaded when you open a page with the form and checks whether an entry comes from a person. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA processes, among other things, your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the form, and sends this information to Google. reCAPTCHA also loads its own resources, including font files, from Google servers. 10. Buying Become Her (Lemon Squeezy)

The checkout at shop.herfemininerebirth.com is provided by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA). Lemon Squeezy sells the product as merchant of record and processes the data needed for the purchase, including your name, email address, billing address and payment details, under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. I receive the order details (such as your name, your email address and the product purchased) so that the product can be delivered and I can help you with questions.

After a purchase, your email address and name are passed to MailerLite (see section 8) so that I can send you emails about your purchase. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

11. Email contact

If you contact me by email, your details are stored to process your request and any follow-up questions. This data is not passed on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

12. Comments

Comments are currently disabled on this website. No personal data is therefore processed through a blog comment function.

13. Links to social networks

This website links to the Instagram and Pinterest profiles of Her Feminine Rebirth. These are plain links, not embedded plugins. Data only reaches Instagram or Pinterest when you click a link and visit their website; their privacy policies then apply.

14. Pinterest API and internal publishing automation

Separately from the Pinterest tag described in section 6, I use the Pinterest API to publish the approved Pins of Her Feminine Rebirth to its own Pinterest business account and to manage them there. This happens through an internal workflow automation that only I use, for this one account. It is not offered to anyone else, and no other people use or authorise it.

The connection to Pinterest is authorised through Pinterest’s own sign-in process (OAuth). My Pinterest password is not stored in the automation; the access tokens that Pinterest issues for this are kept in n8n’s credential store. The automation has only the access Pinterest requires to read this account’s boards and to create and read its Pins. It reads the account’s own boards and Pins only where this is needed to publish a Pin and to make sure that no Pin is published twice.

The automation runs on n8n, a workflow automation service provided by n8n GmbH, Novalisstr. 10, 10115 Berlin, Germany. To publish and check the Pins, it stores only the operational information needed for this: the internal content ID of each Pin, the Pinterest board ID and, after publishing, the Pinterest Pin ID; the scheduled time, the publishing status, the number of attempts and the related timestamps; and technical API responses and error and retry logs.

No profiles, audience data or messages of Pinterest users are stored, and the integration is not used to access or analyse other Pinterest users’ personal data. It is not used for advertising, and Pinterest data is not sold. Personal data of website visitors and customers is not sent through this integration.

I can end the integration’s access at any time in the settings of the Pinterest account.
