HER FEMININE REBIRTH

I created Her Feminine Rebirth because I know what it feels like to lose yourself even when everything looks fine from the outside.

For a long time, I was the one who kept going. I tried to understand everyone, carried a lot, and rarely stopped to ask myself what I needed. From the outside, everything looked fine. I had simply become used to putting myself last.

Hi, I’m Laura.

When my father died suddenly, my life changed overnight. A few months later, my nine-year relationship ended.

In a short space of time, so much of what had felt stable and familiar was suddenly gone, and I had to figure out what came next.

As I tried to make sense of everything, I started noticing things about myself that had been there long before any of this happened.

I saw how often I had put my own needs aside and how quickly I found reasons to understand other people, even when something hurt me. Being strong often came more easily than asking for support myself.

At some point, I realised I didn't want to keep living that way.

I thought being strong meant being able to handle more.

Keep going. Be understanding. Don't ask for too much. Find a way to deal with it.

I was always there for everyone else, even when I was the one who needed someone.

I told myself things were fine even when they didn't feel right.

I said yes when I meant no.

I put my own needs aside to make things easier for everyone else.

I didn't want to keep living like that.

How Her Feminine Rebirth was born.

I wanted to create something that went further than telling women to “love yourself more” or “know your worth”.

I had heard those things before. What I was missing was something that actually helped when things got hard.

When I wanted to say no but said yes anyway. When something didn’t feel right and I talked myself into accepting it. When I knew what I needed but was afraid of disappointing someone.

That was what I wanted Her Feminine Rebirth to be about.

Not with big promises. With the small choices we make every day — the ones where we either go against ourselves again or begin to stand up for ourselves.

I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t always get it right.

I still fall into old patterns sometimes. I just notice them sooner now.

I recognise sooner when I’m about to ignore my own needs again, and I can choose differently.

Her Feminine Rebirth is what I wish I had found back then.

If you recognise yourself in any of this, start small.

You don’t have to change your whole life today.

The First Return helps you see where you keep saying yes to everyone else and no to yourself.

With five honest questions, a 10-minute practice and one small next step, it helps you understand the pattern and start doing something different.

That’s exactly why I wrote it.
